One interesting detail about Matt and Arthur's 2015 French coast-to-coast ride is that Matt rode it on his original Dawes Galaxy — the same bike he used back in 1994. Of course, like most 21-year-old bikes it wasn't in a touring-worthy condition, so the old girl underwent a slight refurbishment before setting off again in 2015.
